Delete your BacklotHub account

You can delete your BacklotHub login yourself, at any time, without contacting anyone.

In the app

1. Open BacklotHub on your phone, tablet or computer and sign in.
2. Open the menu (☰).
3. Choose Delete my account at the bottom and confirm.

If your account is still waiting for approval, use Delete my account on the sign-in screen instead.

What is deleted

• Your login and sign-in details.
• Your personal settings, availability, and any Google Calendar or Asana connections you made.
• Any account request still waiting for approval.

This happens straight away and can’t be undone.

What a production company may keep

Records a production company keeps about work you did for it, such as its crew roster, call sheets and payment records, belong to that company. They are unlinked from your login but not deleted, because the company may need them for payroll, tax or legal reasons. To have them corrected or removed, contact the company directly.

Can’t sign in?

Email [email protected] from the address you use for BacklotHub, with the subject “Delete my BacklotHub account”. We’ll confirm it’s you, delete the login within 30 days and pass any request about company records on to the production company. See also our privacy policy.
